Remakes of PS1/2 Games On The PS3 :-)

    What games would you guys most like to see remade for the ps3 when it comes out? I would have to say Final Fantasy 7 for the Ps1, i always hoped that they would remake it for the ps2 but no luck :-( For the Ps2 i would have to say GTA3. I know the Ps3 will be backwards compatibility but that's no fun ;-)

    they should just make it possible for ps2/ps1 games to run on ps3
    or remake them with extra levels and better graphics ;)

    they are making it backwards compatablie arent they?!?!? i hope so...it will be a big mistake if they dont

    Oh well it would have be really good if they did remake it but i guess they dont want to make lots a cash.

    no obviously not!! id defo buy it!

    what was the point of doing a demo of the game, and not bothering to remake it! they are crazy

    i presume at the moment there time is taken up with the new FF, shame though

    I kinda find it sad, i used to play ff7 for hours that got me hooked to the whole world of rpgs. Oh well as you said there working on the new ff lets hope it's just as good.

    Yeah the would be great they need to make another FF game the way they did 7 because that was off the chain :) but lets wait and see.

    Final Fantasy VII rocked major ass. and im pretty sure the PS3 is gonna be backwords compatible to play PS1 and PS2 games, jpp01uk so needn't worry lol.

    Final fantasy IX guarenteed and also VII these would be excellent with the ps3's added power they would sell like hotcakes.

    i know but i just want to see a game with this great story, finally get fantastic graphics to go with it. its just such a shame

    they have the power with the ps3 to make an awe inspiring final fantasy...well till the next time they make another one :)

    FF7 is the only rpg that I got hooked on in a long time since playing Zelda and Crystalis on NES. When PS2 came out they showed
    CGI scences of FF8 on the PS2. Now for the PS3 they showed FF7 CGI scenes. Why are they(SquareEnix)teasing us? LOL! Yeah! FF7 would be a huge hit if it were to be re-made on PS3. Ah well, all we can do is dream... LOL!

    I'd like to see the Chrono series remade on PS3, doubtful, but a girl can dream. Or maybe even Final Fantasy 8.

    Of course, EVERYONE wants to see a remake of FF7 becuz that game was the shiz-nice and got a bunch of us hooked into RPG. personally, i'd like to see ALL the FF games on ps3 hardware. all the tekken games would be nice, never cared to play too many GTA games, but i bet that'd rock hard. i'd like to see the DBZ games redone on ps3, prob'ly any fight game would be a helluva lot better on ps3 hardware. well here's to wishes coming true everyone.
