    Hey...

I'm looking for a program to remix songs, e.g. adding base effects, speeding up sounds and so. Basic and simple music edditing program :)

please read the forum rules and remove your email address from your sig...

for mixing songs, there are a ton of options. you can go with editing programs like audacity, adobe audition, or sound forge. or you can do dj mixing programs like bpm studio pro.

well I used to be a DJ, and I'd do everything off of my computer with two sound cards. I used to use a program called PCDJ, which is one of the best dj mixing programs out there. but you can't really export a file from it, so if you want to do editing to a song, you're better off trying a audio editing program like the ones listed above. audacity is free, but I've never used it, so I'm not sure how basic it is. But there's consumer level apps like sound forge and adobe audition that sell for around $100 that should have all the basic plugins to do the remixing you want.
