remote control not working

i have just updated my euro vox 2006 blue to 30-11-2008 update but now the remote will not work

any ideas

 

Are you sure it's a 2006 blue and not a EV2?

Does it look like pic 1 or 2,

yeh i am having the same problem. i have the box in pic 2 and just wondering if you could help me. was thinking of buying a new remote off ebay but they are all black ones do you think that will work on eurovox blue box.

Then yes that will work on a eurovox blue.

 

thanks for the reply hiTeck. just bought it so will see how it goes. do you think it could be anythng else wrong like in the box and not the remote.

 

try the buttons on the front of the box.
