HI, I am new to this all, I purchased cable box, "THE BOX SUPER", it was working fine untill day before yesterday since then all i am getting is "Scrambled or Bad channel" OR "Data is being updated" on subscription channels except for the free bees which I am able to view fine, i guess this is to do with new update, so I am waiting for the answer to this on this forum, I was reading on an option of it being done manually however I require remote control for this, unfortunately I have lost my remote control and just wanted to know where I can get one for this model, I dont mind if you pm, Sorry for the trouble.
Im not an expect on where to find remotes, but im sure a simple 'g00gle search' for the box super remote would come up with something, or try ebay! Good luck
