Remote problem

    Hi all i am a new user and i have just purchased a new remote for my euro-vox blue it is brand new but i cant get it to work do i have to do anything to set it up with the box regards glen

    Press it while pointing it at a camera phone if you see the IR LED flash the remote is fine.

    thanks for reply i have tried the phone thing and the remote is working
    also i forgot to mention the green lock light is on on the euro vox box
