Remove Miror?

I went to get on the internet and a toolbar ''Mirar'' showed up. I have been researching this, and found something where you type something like redigit or something like that. I did that, but deleted ALL of the files in that folder, so I can't set the value or anything. Please help. There is nothing in my ''Add/Remove Files'' that show's this. Please help me. I think the Mirar is messing up my computer. Don't send me any link to download a Mirar remover, because I end up having to pay for it and it want's to delete other file's. I just need something to delete Mirar. Thank you and please help ASAP.
