    Greetings,

I have an old foreign DVD which has a few different audio streams on it I will never use. The DVD is already under the 4.36GB limit but I would like to get rid of the foregin audio streams since they are the primary. Does DVD2ONE compress/touch the video again if I run it through DVD2ONE again or is there a better way?

    Cheers!

no, dvd2one won't get rid of anything unless you define the output size to be lower than the dvd vobs. you can re-wash it through dvd2one for a number of time but the same bits and bytes will be the same.

There's absolutely no benefit to removing audio streams on a DVD type 5. Why bother?

@pwygant, you can use Ifoedit and remap the audio so that no matter what stream is selected it will play the one you want. You just replace the stream value in one you don't want with the one you want ;). I don't know how DVD2One works when it removes audio and whether it remaps it or not. DVDShrink has an option to remap audio but then it leaves the original stream you keep blank :(

@Sophocles, lol technically there is, it would burn quicker :D
