   hello iv'e copied a dvd using dvd decrypter but i would like to move the region 2 to all.. there is a coluom in the program which says region patch to open a file but.??? what file to patch and how can i do it.??

   DVDdecrypter makes the disc "all regions." However it won't make an PAL disc NTSC or vice versa.

   If you simply want to remove the region, most rippers do that, but region and format are different things. If you must convert it from PAL to NTSC or vice versa you could use TMPGEnc, which is available from this website (somewhere!)
