Remove subtitles off avi

    I need to remove subtitles off my video and I am not sure how to do this.I want to do this before I convert it to dvd.Is this possible?

    if the subtitles are built into the video it might not be possible to take them out! but if they are not and are seperate files (avi + srt)... then a program like ConvertXToDVD can be set to NOT convert the video file with the subtitles, and all you get is the DVD without the subtitles!
