I download all of my TV shows which come in the AVI format , I then use a program to combine all of the episodes and convert them to DVD. One of the TV shows I download ( Dexter) the intro is quite long and when I am watching 4 episodes in a row it takes its tole on me lol . So I would Like to remove the Introductions of the TV episodes But am not sure how to do this.
I did read the guide "How to remove copyright ads, logos, warnings etc. from DVDs" which seems like the way to do this but, that would me that I would have to, first combine and create the ISO then convert the ISO into the DVD format. is there a different way to do this or a guide that shows an easier way to do this?

Decent enough guide but they left out a very important part, you want to cut on key frames. That's what the key icons are for. Get close to your cut then use those (either forward or back) to find the correct spot to cut.
