removing video from audio

    I'm trying to create a video, and I was wondering if there was a program or something I could download that would let me remove the video from the audio track. I used one last time I made a video but it was a trial which has run out, and I'm not sure what the program was even named.

    If the source is AVI, try AviDemux.
    Load/drag the video into AviDemux.
    Click the Top Menu 'Audio' > 'Main Track' > 'Audio Source' and select 'None'.
    Save the file with a new name (include the extension, e.g. newfile.avi)
