Im tryin to repair my windows xp OS but when i restart the computer i never get the option to load the cd before windows xp starts. So i can't repair. Also all of my .exe files have been deleted or something. I think its a virus but i can't tell. Need help.
You have to go into the BIOS and change the boot order. I reccomend Boot order 1 - floppy disc 2 - CD drive 3 - Hard drive If there is no floppy disc inserted it moves on to the CD If there is no CD disc inserted it moves on to the Hard Drive Got all your options this way.
