repair question

    ok so my 360 works but its not working great its not reading disk and or skipping while play any game. so my question is has anyone sent in there console that wasnt RROD related but telling M$ that it was a RROD ?

    basically im thinking of lieing through my teeth to get m$ to replace my console.

    they will know, but just towel it to get RROD.
