I have had a old Xbox 360 lying around with a bad video card. I ordered one online for the use as a reciever for netflix for my bedroom, So i ordered one with a shot dvd drive for 20 dollars. Now I am wondering if I can take the working DVD drive from my old 360 (toshiba) and replace it in the xbox that has the broken dvd drive (phillips). Any information would be great thanks. I am very good with computers and hardware, and if it is possible, Would really like a 2nd xbox for gaming as well. Thank you
i have the same issue as above. my dvd drive burnt out and have another drive installed, but it only reads dvds. how would i update bios or drivers so it will read games again
