Reposition Subtitles in an MKV?

    How can I go about repositioning subtitles in an MKV file? Is there a guide written somewhere? I've got an MKV whose subtitles are way too low. They fall within the typical 5% overscan range that many TVs have and thus get partially cut off. I just need to raise them up a bit... if possible.
