    Hi all,

Now that my dodgybox is useless on cable, I am faced with a choice of recycling it or finding a new use for it.

A previous occupier of where I live had a sky dish installed. The cable from the dish is lying unused behind my telly. If I hook this up to my st*rview box, can I get at the Free To Air broadcasts? Would I need to do much to set this up?

Or should I just give up?

a starview which is a dvb/c cable box only ,on no attempt hook up to any dish, a sat box is a dvb/s only to be hooked upto sat dish.
