hi all, just a quick question. i placed an order for a starview 4 usb from Simple Sat. ive been waiting 11 days to recieve my order.im in Ireland and i know there has been a postal strike in the UK. I was just wondering if anybody has purchased from them before and what their reputation is like. i know two others who had bought from that site before and had no problems. i just thought that the wait has been a bit long. also there is a rumour around waterford that a fix is on the way. people are saying that they are waiting on an e-mail and that will sort it for the time being. im not too sure though because ive probably read every inch of this site and others and it dosent look good. anyway if anybody knows anything about simple sat can they let me know. i know i probably should'nt be naming sites its just im getting fairly ticked off at this stage.
hopefully its just a backlog but before you get it or when you get it fill out the return form and ship it back as you have 7 days return did you get a tracking no? or did you pay by paypall?
Thanks for getting back to me. i paid by paypal. ive been on to them all week for them to send me on the tracking number but no joy. ye i was thinking just to send it straight back as its not likley that its gonna be any good to me.
if they dont take it back as you have 7 days return policy put in a dispute with paypal and they will stop him getting paid and will freeze his creditcard account see what happens then!!
