resident evil 4 100% saved data...

hi again....im playing re 4 on my pc but in chapter 4.1 my game crashes after i open the doors that lead to the volcano...I cant resolve this problem!!!!So i saw in a youtube video that after 100% of game hawe done you can choose chapter so i dont hawe to go in that volcano area...pliiz help me where to get that saved data???or maybe someone can help me with the game crash problem bye the way im using 3d-analyze....maybe the 3-d analyze can help me???
