Resident Evil 5

    I downloaded and install the game to my pc. All went well until 5 minutes in the game I get a pop up message. "D3DERR_DRIVERINTERNAL ERROR : PRESENT_RESULT"

    What do I do to fix this?

    Most likely a video card driver issue.

    What video card are you using and do you have the latest drivers?
