I restored my ipod and then it said something about putting it in a main power supply i cant remeber now but i put it back in the computer and nothing happened and then i put it the charger thing and nothing happened now i cant listen to my music because its got a picture on there of somthing i tried the thing wear you press menu and the middle button but nothing happened please help!
What type of Ipod if is the old Ipod not video, or nano, they do require you to plug it in the power, go ahead and plug it again, slide the hold button to on and off, then hold the menu and center button, when the screen goes black release the menu and hold the play and center button to put your ipod in restore mode, then you will see a check display on the screen, now open itunes and connect the ipod, do the restore again, Hope that will solve your issue.
