Howdy, I've got what is probably a fairly noobish question, but I havent been able to find a solid answer after a whole lot of searching. I have a softmodded Xbox I got from a friend a few months ago. I havent had any desire to access XBox Live before, but I want to now. Without any real knowledge of what I was doing I "restored the c drive" from the ltools interface. Now when I boot up the Xbox the original dashboard comes up fine. Here's my questions: is it safe to sign up for an XBox Live account? Xbox live has never been used on this box before, and I just want to make sure I wont permaban my Xbox by trying to sign on.
