I'm sorry to say but if you have seen the message [bold]CAN NOT UNDO RESTRICTION[/bold] you or someone has already entered the wrong code 5 times or more. This is why I only like to give 1 or maybe 2 codes just incase the first one don't work. Your phone is hardlocked to T-Mobile and will require being unlocked with a DCT 4 clip. No other way to unlock that phone. It's DCT 4 type.
Pay about $200.00 or more or just take the phone to a privately owned electronics repair shop and ask them if they can unlock a DCT 4 type phone that has been hardlocked. May cost about $15.00 to $30.00
