    MY PHONE IS LOCKED WITH THE SERVICE OF CINGULAR(USA). KINDLY HELP ME TO UNLOCK MY NETWORK.

    thz a lot for ur reply.. i shows message cannot undo restriction... kindly help me on that.. i'm trying using these cose without inseting sim card...
