    Please help me to open my Nokia 6280 by giving me the needed restriction code

    Rules are rules, No Email addresses.
    The 6280 is a BB5 Nokia which means you will need to try and get your code from the original service provider. You will have to pay for this. There is no other way I know of (at this time) to unlock it.
