I am having a real mindbender...I'm trying to take an SVCD and put it onto a DVD-R so it will play in most players,so far so good. I have extracted the files(DAT)done the conversions(Pathed the header w/ DVD Patcher)...Oh yeah I had two files that needed to be joined together(this is where the problem comes into play).I have used TMPEGNC to join (merge)my SVCD.After the operation is completed the area before the merge plays in sync...but after the merge area its all outta sync...Can I use virtual dub? Is there some tool that will force the streams to sync up? I have two mv2(video) files and 2 pcm/wav(reencoded 4800) audio files & two original mp2 files(4400).Another weird thing is with the converted audio stream (wav/pcm)thatI want to use for my auido since its compliant is slightly shorter after it's conversion, is this normal? Once I have the two video files merged that are in synce I'll be one happy camper. Thanks in advance~Sithlordx

As you suggested yourself, you should be able to patch it up yourself in virtual Dub.
