I have a Dell 4600 and I am told these models don't come with dvd rewriters however I can burn music onto cds and play them on stereos. Surely this is a rewriter? Yet, the dvds I got in the post (see other thread I made) don't get recognised upon entry into my drive. Is there a different between burning audio onto cds and dvds? Cheers,
maybe you havent got a dvd re-writer? there is a difference,and not all burners can burn both cd and dvd's some just burn cd's
you need to confirm this,it may just be the burner doesnt recognise the disks,(i doubt this),but double check just in case use nero info tool to see the capabilites of the drive
