File > save page as > then save.
Open up the folder labled xxxxxx_files or something like that and the image should be there. Also dont know if this works with internet explorer but works with mozilla firefox and dont work with all sites like google books i have tried and it dont work this way. But on most other sites it does.
    Hope this helps you

    SnagIt Screen Capture
    Capture, Edit, Share

Using SnagIt, you can select and capture anything on your screen, then easily add text, arrows, or effects, and save the capture to a file or share it immediately by e-mail or IM.

A picture is worth a thousand words.

SnagIt helps you take advantage of this age-old wisdom by changing the way you communicate with your co-workers, friends and family.

    Use SnagIt screen capture to:

    * Capture an error message and send it to the support team.
    * Capture a logo from your screen to enhance presentations and reports.
    * Capture scrolling Web pages to save copies of site designs, articles or online receipts.

It is great that you were able to get what you wanted, problem here is that you added another program when you could do this: 1. hit print screen button on keyboard, 2. open paint, 3. click edit, then click paste. You can not do it any simpler than that.

only problem with that is if the picture is bigger than your websrowser screen for example, you have to patch the image together. snagit can do this automatically as it scrolls down and puts it all together.

Hey Socom, good to know what other people know. Is it possible to change the screen resolution to max and rotate screen to get what one is after. Annoying questions I know but like I said it is good to know what other people know.

Theoratically yes, but why not use a proram like snagit, there are many others out there for free and even some web browser plugins that let you save the page as an image.
