Hi all ive been reading the forumsand there seems to be a few problems with the box starview 4 and was this a bad time to buy one? or is this normal probs that get sorted quite quick.
Consider purchasing a Kryptview instead, as at present they are the only box to have a completely working fix available at the time of writing. Yes, I'm bias ... I own 2 Kryptviews myself
That's interesting. Is the kryptview a linux based box? And did it need new firmware installed after thursday or was it rolling ok on what was already installed on it?
Hi noely, so basically the guys have got it sorted already, it will just take a while to write the firmware for all the different types of boxes?
The KV was back up and running within 24 hours. Worst thing I did getting rid of my KV. I'll be getting a new one this week I reckon.
