I have a few DVD's I want to copy the "audio only" to a cd to play in older cd players. QUESTION: 1) What are the audio format of music cd's purchased in stores? I need to know what format to save it on the cd. 2)What program do you suggest? I'd rather have a program for under $20. since I only have a few to copy. Thanks, Rod H.
i dont think Intervideo does that heres what you need Xilisoft DVD Audio Ripper http://www.xilisoft.com/dvd-audio-ripper.html
I just checked on intervideo.com at the features on Intervideo DVDCopy and it does list makeing a sound track from DVD Discs. Specicicaly the "Rip audio to CD" feature, so that is another option.
humm great to know i have the DVDcopy 3 which i dont think has that option so i may upgrade to DVDCopy 4 for that reason .was it the gold or platinum verison that capabile of that?
Its version 4 Platinum version, which also makes it capable to burn a DVD into mobile video player formats such as MP4, and cell phones which play 3gp. Of course, when Clonedvdmobile solves their audio sync problems, that will be a useless feature. I have not tried any of these with Intervideo, just relaying whats on the website.
update, i tryed the Intervideo DVDCopy 4 platinum verison works like a charm transfered several dvd/concerts to a audio only cd very nice ,plays in my car stereo system fine and sounds great i have like 75 concert/dvds so i may tranfer most of then to cd so i can play them in my car, great tool guys
