I am trying to rip just the main movie of the new terminator salvation. I want the movie in just 1 ms2t file. Ripping it now I get 19 different files that appear to be the different chapters. The reason I ask is that when the movie goes from chapter to chapter the sound cuts out for about 2 seconds. Very annoying

How did you rip it? When you use AnyDVD and choose "Rip Video to DVD Harddisk," you will see many m2ts files, but there will be one that is obviously the entire movie. You can tell because it will be the largest file, and significantly larger than the rest. I've never heard of or seen a BD rip that divided the movie by chapters alone.

Ya I use anydvd like you mentioned. Usually there is just 1 very large file among all the rest. I have ripped like 10 movies and the have all been this way. Terminator on the other hand is different. The largest file is only 3.2 gigs and then get smaller as they go. A total of 19 out of a total of 30 make up the movie. I did however figure out the audio. I just wasn't using the correct sound settings on powerdvd 8. Once I switched the setting around a little bit it worked just like any other movie I've done.

Glad you got the audio sorted. Did you try using the "join" function in tsmuxer to join them all together? I've done something similar to that with mkv files using mkvmerge, but not tsmuxer, so I can't tell you if it will work or not. Worth a shot to get a single file if it really bothers you.

I got it all figured out. I had to use bdinfo and figure out which one of the playlists was the main movie. The playlist folder is Right next to the stream folder. Anyway once I figured out which playlist file was the main movie I drag that into tsmuxer and then create my one ms2t file. Not sure if you know what I mean but I got it all figured out.
