I have a Mac, and am trying to back up my FLCL Disks. I'm ripping them with Mac the Ripper, and then testing the Video_TS folders with VLC, to make sure I don't waste any Dvds while ripping. I've successfully ripped and burned Disks 2&3, yet I'm having a problem with Disk 1.

I rip the disk with Mac the Ripper, which gives me no error message. I then test the Video_TS folder with VLC like i have with the other two disks, but the folder doesn't play. Should I go ahead and burn it onto a Dvd anyway, or is there something wrong here? Do you know of any way to fix this?

    Thanks.

fixvts might have some use, but it is for windows and I have no idea on what software works in the samew way on the macintosh. FixVTS is open source so you could look for a port. http://www.videohelp.com/~FixVTS/
