Your question is a little confusing? Do you have a DVDR? If so you need to use another program to compress/reauthor the DVD so you can fit it onto a DVD5 disk. I would suggest you use DVD Shrink. Here is a guide for you http://home.comcast.net/~bbmayo/backup with Decrypter&Shrink.pdf

Now if you dont have a DVD writer but only a CDR then you have to cinvert the DVD files into VCD Format. There are several guides here that will show you how to do this http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/

    Good luck

i do have a DVD writer. i just wanna know why DVD decryptor made the Video_TS folder 7GB because now my Burning software says it won't fit and that i should clone the DVD instead.

i was trying to rip it onto my computer so i can burn it from there. if i could clone it i would, but how do i clone it? i only have 1 DVD drive and 1 CDR drive. CDR doesn't Read DVD or does it?

DVD decrypter will not make the DVD small enough to put on a single layer disk you will need a proggy like DVD Shrink to do that.. I thought I already said that? ^^ Anyway see that link in my signature the one to my website? Go there and check out the guide using DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink to back up your DVD.. Im sure this will help you tremendously.

    Cheers
