I have a windows media video and i want to get the audio from it. i tried ripping using tmpgenc using an external mp3 encoder to make mp3 but, although it was saved with the extension .mp3, it was encoded as mpeg layer 2 audio, which of course, my ipod wont support and nero wont burn to audio cd. can anyone tell me how i can rip the audio as a true encoded mpeg layer 3 audio file?
