Hey i really need help, this song I need but i dont know what its called. Its a kind of italian singing song that is orchastrated i think and it is used for like battle scenes or a really dramatic scene. It kind of repeats then gets a high pitch part with people singing loudly. Since im english i dont know if they are saying words or just something else. Any help would be nice.

Hey Bird7....I don't know what you plan on using Carmina Burana for but if it's something touchy, I suggest you look up a translation. If memory serves, the lyrics get kind of nasty and if you're english, I believe it gets really nasty and obscene toward the queen. I can't say this with certainty, it's been many years since I read the translation, but I believe its Carmina Burana. If what the lyrics say are important, you'd better look them up.

Also guy, you need to be a bit more patient. I knew the answer to your question, probably because I'm a classical musician, but you only posted it last night and I only just got online. So too, it was an obscure question with wrong information...most people wouldn't know the answer to that in the first place....Gerry

I love classical, Carmina Burana is a fantastic tune. The thing is Bird7, how the hell was anyone going to guess it was that by the description you gave?

[bold]Nice to see you have respect for fellow members, I will make a note never to help you out, due to your impatience over a specialised subject.[/bold]

This sort of thread & the attitude of the originator is why I don't spend any time here now...

Oh dear, seems we have a comedian!!

Bird7 - That is bang our of order. This isn't a 24 hour techinical help centre, we are all giving out as much helpful info as we can in our [bold]free time[/bold].

People aren't always here at your every beckoned call. Your attitude to free help stinks.

I'm with pulsar, will never be helping you again!!

Don't bite the hand that feeds you!!

Well, all I can say is that the spammers aren't the ones driving the people away.

Daniel_G, hursty, & Jeanc1 have all gone, and I haven't seen weazel200 for a month and doc for about a week now. These guys posted every day.. once upon a time. Been driven out by people like Bird7.

This sort of thing disgust me personally, and when I see things like this on a regular basis, it's no wonder people are reluctant to help.

It seems unjust and a great shame that this sort of thing isn't deemed a banning offence.

@all....bird7 sure is a piece of work. It is a really neat piece of music he was asking about though; it's called Carmina Burana and it really is dramatic...they use it in a lot of occult..."satan" types of movies. If memory serves, it was also the theme music throughout the movie Gore Vidal's "Caligula" ....not that I would ever watch something that violent and kinky ;) (Maybe that's why bird7 thought it was Italian?)

the composer is a guy named Carl Orff if anybody wants to listen to it; it's really a cool piece of music even if you're not into classical music.
