Round Two: ASK ALL DEVHOOK PROBLEMS/QUESTIONS HERE!

Just to be clear could you tell me if Devhook 0.52 can be run with 3.03OE-C installed aswell. I have put the devhook files from a devhook 0.52 installer onto my memory stick and i'm able to run devhook. However when I run a .cso/.iso there is some writing on left side of screen about devhook loading and then the psp restarts itself to a black screen.

Would there be a setting(s) that will make it work with OE-C?

The reason I want to use Devhook on 3.03OE-C is because theres some games that won't work on OE-C but will work using Devhook. (Mostly the bigger 1GB game files but also some smaller ones too)

 

ok i went with dev hook hybrid as im not abt enough to put dev hook
52. without an instaler and dev hook 51 seams unstable

all csos work fine except one (not shure if aloud to say?)

the only thing is that i have two dev hook menus from the psp ie
the old dev hook 46.(chaos zero ultemate instaler) and the new dev hook46.(iguana hack) hybrid from the psp memory stick
if i choose the old dev hook or new one they both act the same way

i was wondering if it possable to delete the old dev hook instead of having two

the only thing is i cant detect which is which and where to delte when connected to the pc from usb

 

just a quick question WHY was it decided that there is no instaler-ultimate instaler for dev hook .52?

 

I have 1.5 with devhook .46 on the ultimate installer the tab "return devhook to stock"

can sumone tell me what that does? does that remove devhook files n flash off your psp , i wanted to get rid of devhook and try out 303 oec and before doing so i wanted to remove devhook completley from my psp so i dont risk messing it up , can anyone please help

 

just format ur memstick and use the winstaller........ull be fine.

 

i was wondering if anyonce could help me, i get a black screen sometimes when i load up a game through devhook. Most games for some reason work but then u have some games that load up but only have a black screen.
Any solutions??

hey guys, I found this tutorial for devhook 0.51 emulating 3.02 (http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/10/399310). But it says it is for TA-082, will it work on a IC6001 psp?

adoman yes Devhook 0.52 can be run with 3.03OE-C put the folders in GAME150 and Redump the FW if it does not work.

smugla2k edit your post.Go in the GAME folder and delete on of them.
and there is no ultimate instaler for DHv52 becouse you have to dump the FW for your psp.

nypsp you do not need to delete Devhook from your MS.

dosh2007 it can be that the game is not untouched. (or a bug in Devhook so try the game 2 times)

boafan you can try it but your psp is not TA-082. (go back like 2 pages here for my DHv52(3.03 FW) tutorial)

i accidentally posted in the wrong forum. Ever since i crashed my pc trying to "activate" vista, its been screwy. I really screwed it up, i was up until about 7AM my time fixing it.

untouched = a 1:1 copy of a game, untouched, no rips applied, every file intact and folder/file structure has not been "touched".

 

can this affect the game? if so what do i do in order to fix the game?

it can in some situations but if the person know's what theyre doing they can rip a game successfully to reduce the size if uwanted to fix it u would have to download the untouched version and go thru and find all the files that have been dummied.

-does it work for non TA-082 psp's as well?
-it assumes I have Hen D already, and NOT hen c? Here is my problem, I don't know which files on psp-hack are for IC6001. Can you kindly point me to Hen D for ver 2.71?

The only thing I accomplished was using henc/devhook 0.4x all in one file, so I didn't have any problems. But GTA needs 2.8

 

hi i have a psp 1.5 with devhook 0.46
i wanna put devhook 0.51 on it as my current devhook doesnt load up all the games
can anyone plz give me a link for 0.51 files and instructions???
or shud i put something else in my psp??

 

Ahswan10: i also had dev hook 46 i have just installed 3.03 oe-c and can now play all the newer games its easy to do just use HEXITNOW winstaller just click on his thread which is above much better than devhook and quicker

 

hmm, there's a problem for me. whenever i try to run it, it says " can't load/run devhook "

note that my psp is version 1.5
