Sony will NOT exchange your PSP for a reason like that. And even if you came up with a logical reason for Sony to accept your exchange request, the PSP they send you will definitely have the latest Sony firmware pre-installed on it.

You should upgrade your PSP's firmware to custom firmware 3.40 OE-A. To do so, you must first downgrade your 2.71 firmware to 1.5. Then you may use the 3.40 OE-A upgrader.

3.04 OE? Do you mean 3.40 OE-A? If you have custom firmware 3.40 OE-A, you no longer need DevHook. You will be able to play your legitimate PSP backups off of your MemoryStick. Just make a folder called ISO and put it in the root of your MemoryStick, then drop all of your backups into that folder.

uhhh... disconnect your PSP from computer, go to Game and look for the game you want to play in the list. Then select it... duhhh! lol, just kidding friend :)
Let me know what happens, if it works or not.

hmmm... Recovery Mode configurations actually depend on what game you are playing.
But try this: Turn off you PSP completely. Then turn your PSP on while holding the R button. Your PSP should start up in Recovery Mode. Go to Configuration-> Use NO-UMD, and select it so that it is enabled.

Still, you will have to tell me what games that you are trying to run.

Whats the full name of the Harvest Moon game? And are you running ISO, CSO, or DAX files?

I gotta say thats news to me. Im not familiar with that happening with that game. What you can do is try decrypting the the ISO's PRX files. Search the web for 1.UMDGen and 2.Aeneas Decrypter. Download them, extract the PRX file from your ISO using UMDGen and use Aeneas Decrypter to decrypt them. Follow the instructions that come with Aeneas Decrypter. Sorry for the detail lacking response, but Im dont typing for tonite. If you need more instruction. Just say so, and I will get back to you in the morning.
