There's none mate.If you read the upper posts you would understand that you need to update to a custom firmware.

The only way I know is to hit the HOME key on your PSP and select YES at the "QUIT GAME" prompt.

Once you are beck out if you hold HOME and then LEFT or RIGHT shoulder button it will flick between your ISO/CSO on you memory card.... then you just hit START again.

    Hope that helps?

Legend 999 - I know you must be sick of this upgrade devhook mullarky by now... but I have been reading forums all afternoon and I am feeling nauseous now!!!

I too have Devhook 0.46 installed on my TA-082 (originally v2.81) now downgraded to v1.5

I am happily playing gmaes etc but the newer ones dont play blah de blah.....

I am going to have to do the custom firmware upgrade.

    So....

    Which is the latest version?
Is there an Idiots guide to install?
    Any risk of a brick?

Thanks in advance and apologies for you having to repeat yourself no doubt... AGAIN !

    I Thank You !

    And FINALLY !!!......

When I do the custom firmware upgrade.... Is my PSP now essentially a v3.40 machine or is it still a 1.5 running v3.4 in a similar way that Devhook works?

I guess what I am asking is will this be the same as Devhook when I want to play backup ISO and CSO files etc

Is there ANY risk of me owning a lovely brick in the process???!!!!

Thank you again for your patience in repeating yourself, repeating yourself.....!

No,your PSP will be a 3.40 PSP from the moment you update. It will be much more easier to play,no need to load any homebrew, just copy them to the ISO folder and load them from Game/MemoryStick.And no,there's no full brick chance, the custom firmwares have a Recovery Console. :)

Right changed the second one to 266 then exit went into memorystick tried to start game and the psp screen comes on then just goes black and stays like that. The psp will then not turn off and I have to remove the battery to make it work again.
