router and IE6

    Can anyone tell me where my MOTOROLA 850 lives in XP so I can find it and remove it? I will then reinstall my DELL 2350 I was using. Can anyone tell me where in IE6 downloaded files, software. programs, .exe files are stored for later viewing or rerunning of a specific file? Firefox and Opera make it easy seperate pages or a dialog box in each. I cannot find such a page in IE6. All help welcome.
