I need to hook my 2 comps+xbox to a router (dsl). Is there a particular brand that I should buy/stay away from and does anyone have a hot link where I could pick one up cheap!!! I don't want a wireless and are there speed issues with certain routerz? I plan on getting a really fast connection in the next month and I don't want to have a router that doesn't max out my d/l and u/l if it applies.
to tell you the truth i have a linksys router and a wireless on my laptop and sharing the wireless connection with 2 roomates in the same room and the speed is just fine, i use to have dsl at home and the speed was fine also, not as good as cable but good enought, easy to install, sometimes my wireless got messed up when ever i formated my harddrive it would be hard to reinstall because one of my cd's broke
