Roxio Creator 10/vista mp3 problem

    I just purchased a Gateway desktop computer with Vista. My old Easy Media Creator 7 wouldn't load (not compatable) so I purchased Roxio Creator 10 XE. Loaded it OK, but can't find a way to create mp3 files, as I could on version 7. Did they eliminate that function?

    I would not try to fix Roxio. Year back, I purchased 7 and kicked my self. Although it does many things it does none well. I uninstalled it after about 1 hr. There are free apps that blow the doors off Roxio for each thing it does.

    Try EAC while it is still shareware.

    try to capture from a Sony Handycam HC40E Pal to either Roxio Easy Media ...
