rrod wont go away

i have a 360 here that a friend bought round and it has 3 reds flashing,ive done what i usually do to fix it which is the x clamp thing and heated the board up then let cool for 15 minutes,but when i switch it back on it still there

ive tightened the screws and even put new paste back on and still no joy

is there anything else i could try?

you will need a professional reflow machine. I use a T862++ IR machine. Does wonders.

 

I had same problem try Heating up the gpu only and put the fans on top of the CPU. Let the GPU get hot but not the CPU. Do that for about 30-45m after that unplug the fans and let the CPU heat up. Do that untill u get the 2 lights. Then turn off and let it cool down for about 30m or ihr

 

give the console to me. then the rrod will go away.
