Havent started it yet, took out the cable and its not RS232, will it work at all on my laptop?

I have to order a cable they seem to be out of stock in loads of stores at the moment so it will be a couple of days before I try it!!

You need an RS232 Null Modem Cable, read the eurovox flashing guide linked at the bottom of my post.

Great tip buying cable on e-bay, just bought it for around 6euro plus postage I paid 45 euro in PC World for the other one which I have to return. Hopefully it wont take too long to get here I read through the guide to updating firmware, nice and simply explained for someone like me.
    Thanks a mill
