    Yeah it does look bleak for this game. I'm afraid it's just not popular enough in the states to get those crackers cracking. We like football over here lol. Hopefully someone will work on a patch. Keep your fingers crossed.

    Yes, I'm afraid the AMERICAN crackers prob have little interest. If the game was titled "Girls gone wild" or something...different story ;)
    As for are European crackers, since soccer is an obssessed fans sport I think they are working on it. More the desire, greater the feeling once it's done. No software is uncrackable.

    Yeah cant anybody read this is for the ps2 version only!!!! This game is giving everybody the trots!!! Why cant we bk it up yet?? Ive tried evrything suggested and some more

    How about users only posting here if you have info on backing up PS2 version of NRL Rugby League 2. I am getting sick to death of reading irrelevant posts....even from supposedly senior members of AD!

    Hi

    I believe that the rugby league 2 (and some others like it) wont play depending on your mod chip and youll probably have to wait for the mod chip to have a new firmware upgrade bought out.

    I have been led to believe that the Ghost 2 Mod with the new V2 firmware Out in the next few days has fully anti anti mod chip capabilities and will run Rugby League 2 and others like it from a simple backup with DVDDecrypter......

    I take delivery of a new Slimline PS2 with G2V2 next week so will keep you posted.......

    some of these other ppl just don't/can't read thread titles, i have made the thread title as obvious as possible but it could have huge flashing neon lights and electric shocks but they still wouldn't get the hint.

    Probably not. We know it's mod protected. If Hursty can't crack it, that's not good. Somone with some knowledge of PS2 code will have to make a patch for it. That's about the only hope for cracking RL2. Hopefully someone somewhere has enough interest in this game will do just that.
