apparently ps3gen.fr has posted following a tip from chipspain that apparently the jailbreak from 3.42, and 3.50 is indeed possible. The post is 10 days old and still no new news yet, so therefore I'm not counting my chickens, but its something to ponder about in the meantime. Yeah that was posted for a good while now without any confirmation, but the original psjailbreak team said that there will be a upgrade that will allow the jailbreak to work for newer firmwares that will be dropped on the 20th. So we will see if they actually come through will their promise this time.
