RUNDLL ERROR !

    Every time i boot up Windows XP on my pc i get this message : RUNDLL an exception occured while trying to run "C:\WINDOWS\system32\NvCpl.dll,NvStartup". Can someone please tell me what this message is and how to get rid of it ? Thanx peeps.
