S***nta channels

    Any reason with the latest code change, that I can no longer get any of these channels?

    I should have said that I'm actually getting sound but no picture!

    check your scarts are fixed firmly secure

    If my scarts weren't secure, I would lose all my channels and not just the S***nta ones ....surely? All the other channels are ok though!

    maybe maybe not,heres a few tips for posting,1.handy to say what box you have.
    2.handy to say where your based.
    3.handy to say who your provider is.

    Delete the dodgy channels and manually scan for them. They should appear at the botom of your channel list. Ive had this problem with the d@sney channels before

    no bother, note the frequencies on the channels your missing then delete them (menu channel edit-blue button delete)then try a manual scan on the frequncies your having trouble, with menu installation cable network n:l manual scan, type in the frequency your having trouble with-down frequency-with the remote press ok,if that dosn't work try it again with the bottom option disable network scan set to enable.
