Ok this was just a thought and I dunno if it would work but maybe someone has tried it....They make an adapter for the original Xbox Controller to connect it to a PS2....and they also make an adapter for the PS2 controller for the 360. Xbox Controller ---->PS2 Adapter ----> Xbox 360 Adapter ----> Xbox 360 Console Just wondering if anyones tried this before if not would it be possible?
Not even sure why someone would WANT to do this? Xbox controllers would not work well on the PS2 anyway due to having the triggers where a PS2 would have buttons. But they may make it. here are some adapters i found but not what your wanting to do. http://www.jandaman.com/games.mvc?p=universalps2&Category_code=XBOX http://www.jandaman.com/games.mvc?p=xboxfrag&Category_Code=XBOX http://www.jandaman.com/games.mvc?p=xboxsj9&Category_Code=XBOX http://www.jandaman.com/games.mvc?p=xboxsj10&Category_Code=XBOX http://www.jandaman.com/games.mvc?p=psxxbox&Category_Code=XBOX
I like the feel of the old controller...plus imma halo 2 junkie i dont like halo 3 and i cant use the new 360 controller very well. Steimy I found the adapters prior to this thread.. but yea I just wanted to see if anyone has tried it...maybe friday I'll order em both and I'll post my results...to be honest if it works "I'll shit myself" but we'll see. http://sewelldirect.com/Xbox-PS-PS2-Controller-Converter.asp http://www.consoleshop.com/product.php?productid=16497
Yeah, i have seen those before but i did not look close enough at the last one. I knew it could do the keyboard and mouse but did not know it also did PS2 controlers. I guess i have just gotten use to the new 360 controls. I bought the device for hooking the wireless 360 controller to the PC and it worked like a charm, but having to remap the controls for each game was a pain so i never use it now.
