S-Video doesn't work

    I'm beging to wonder does S-Video even work. I' went threw two DVD playes and a NVidia graphic card with S-Video outputs and i never get any video could someone explain the situation to me

    anychance your s-video cable is messed? did you use the same one for each try?

    naw i use a new cable i just bought a new graphic card for my pc and a cable can with it.

    are you sure on your tv you set up the imput for svideo correctly.for example svideo in or set it to tv/video2.

    is there a way to connect the directv S-video to the computer Video card?? i allready did but i dont know what to do after? how do i get it to read that signal??

    naw i can't connect it to my tv because i don't no inputs on it but coax connectors. so now i have a mudulator. or at least i think that's the name of it. i know it takes mutiple s-video and rca cables and transfers them in to a coax connection.
