have a s/view clone and have downloaded 'inadvertantly' the box update, all i get now on screen is 'the box', can someone help or advise i know there are some clued up people on here so if you know how to reverse my mistake i will be extremely grateful.
Download the correct firmware for your sv (STAR_VIEW_H20060816_257eE_api_FIXED.BIN) Connect your pc to your sv as normal. Make sure the sv is turned off at the power switch on the back. Now, fire up GT-ROM, select your bin file, click on the download button, wait a second or two, then turn on your sv at the power switch. The download should start. If you're lucky it'll work first time. It it doesn't, try again, from the start. It may take you a few goes, but it should go eventually.
