S*Y 2;3 missing Starview

    Hi all Does any body know why amongst others S*Y2,3 are missing even the EPG shows no information Have tried erasing and then rescanning the same frequency still comes up on the channel list but no signals at all!

    channels have moved frequency, so scanning the same one will not find it,factory reset the box and do a full scan and all the channels will come back on

    you could also try factory reset and then re scanning for channels.
